To change the information in your Epost account, first, you can login to your account, select profile and edit. (e.g. name, password, address.)
You will be notified via SMS and email within 15 miniutes upon completion of order confirmation.
Please be aware of your Bank reconciliation schedule as this might have impact on your payment (payment cannot be performed during bank reconciliation time).
Bank reconciliation time only affect payment method via Online Banking and will happen at around 11.30 p.m. to 1.30 a.m. depending on your bank.

Epost accepts all Visa and MasterCard, both Credit and Debit, and is 3D Secure (Verified by Visa, and MasterCard Secure) enabled. All your credit card information is protected by means of industry – leading encryption standards.
Please note that additional charges may be incurred if you are using a non-Malaysian issued card due to Foreign Exchange.
If you have multiple parcels during checkout, you will be able to select multiple parcels to ship before making payment by ticking the box beside created parcel.
Once the parcel has arrived at the E Collection Point, we will send an e-mail or SMS to notify you. In order to collect the parcel, you will need to show the email/SMS to storekeeper, or recipient’s proof of ID (IC or driver’s license).
You will need to contact us by https://epostexpress.com/tw/contact-us/ or email@example.com and return the parcel to the E Collection Point. You need to provide the parcel number and the date of return.
A Refund Coupon is a store credit issued by E-Post as a way of refunding your services using online payment and offline payment. Your Refund Coupons are recorded in your Epost account, it is also not legal tender, is not considered electronic money, is not transferable and is subject to Epost’s terms and conditions.
