You can collect your parcel at the store within its opening hours.

Once the parcel has arrived at the E Collection Point, we will send an e-mail or SMS to notify you. In order to collect the parcel, you will need to show the email/SMS to storekeeper, or recipient’s proof of ID (IC or driver’s license).

Epost will compensate the amount calculated based on the item value with maximum refund limit and resend the item without any charges to customer with refund coupon (Maximum USD 50 for item and maximum 2 times of shipment cost).
You will need to show email/SMS notification with verification code or proof of ID in the form of IC or driver’s license.
After 14 days, Epost will notify the sender on the overdue parcels. You will be required to make payment for a shipment back to the E Collection Point. You can collect the parcels from E Collection Point nearby.

Parcel recipients have a week (14 days – inclusive of weekends) to collect your parcel before it is collected back by Epost.

You will not receive cash refund. You will receive Epost refund coupon with maximum amount USD 50 for item and maximum 2 times of shipment cost.

A Refund Coupon is a store credit issued by E-Post as a way of refunding your services using online payment and offline payment. Your Refund Coupons are recorded in your Epost account, it is also not legal tender, is not considered electronic money, is not transferable and is subject to Epost’s terms and conditions.
